2. Online Store Terms

2.1 Credit / Debit Cards

We accept credit/debit cards, bank payments, PayPal, or other forms of payment depending on circumstances. There are no additional surcharges for using your credit card to make purchases.

2.2 Order Form

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. Protector International reserves the right to accept or decline your order at any time or to supply less than the quantity you ordered.

2.3 Minimum Quantity for Socks and Caps

The minimum quantity for socks is 20 pairs, and for caps, it is 15. Orders with fewer than the minimum will not include these items unless requested by contacting us.

2.4 Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. No refunds are possible after this period, as all items are custom-made.

2.5 Logo Placement

Each product offers an option to add a custom logo. If no logo is uploaded, the “Protector International” logo will be used by default. If you prefer no logo, please mention it in the order instructions.

3. Shipping Information

3.1 Face Masks

The starting price for face masks is $3.99 for 25 pieces. Discounts apply for larger quantities (e.g., $1.99 each for orders over 500 pieces).

3.2 Goalkeeper Uniform Padding

Starting April 2022, Goalkeeper uniforms no longer include integrated padding by default. Padding can be requested in the order instructions.

3.3 Priority & Normal Shipping

Orders over $250 are shipped via non-priority services such as FedEx or UPS. For priority shipments, DHL or FedEx Priority Airmail is used with an ETA of 4-5 business days. Delays beyond our control are not our responsibility.
